Don’t need a custom design?

The gallery above is the dressed-up end of the range — bespoke HTML and CSS per template.
Most forms never need that. Drop the module on a page, add fields, and the default styling is clean and
responsive on its own — and every widget works exactly the same in a plain form as in a premium one.
No template, no custom CSS — just three fields and a submit button. Composite fields such as
Full Name split themselves into labelled parts automatically.
You never have to start from an empty canvas: the New Form wizard assembles one from a
handful of clicks, or the AI Designer drafts the whole thing from a sentence — then you
keep or change whatever you like.
